5 January 2011 at 22:00 UTC

Conversions to your local time:

  • Update on Roadmap to 3.2
  • Update on Roadmap to 3.0
  • Update on Roadmap to 3.4
    • Bugs needing sign off
    • Plan for the next month
  • Koha Mission/Community Guidelines
  • Koha Newsletter Automation Suggestion
    • Problem: the newsletter takes much effort to compile each month.
    • Suggested solutions:
      • Could reduce newsletter frequency to bi-monthly. Would people miss it?
      • Could configure the community website so that at newsletter production time, the newsletter editor tells the site to read in suggested articles to a koha-newsletter-proposed-articles category. The editor then deletes unsuitable articles, reorders articles and copy-pastes the category page into the newsletter with a suitable header/footer.
      • Schedule emails soliciting articles before newsletter production time.
    • Possible Consequences:
      • Contributors would set up a for-koha-newsletter feed on their site (this can be a category in Wordpress)
      • Install and configure feedwordpress on the main website
      • Schedule emails from the editor (mjr offers to do this)
  • Follow-up on actions from General IRC Meeting, 8 December 2010.
  • Agree times of next meetings.
