LMSCoverFlow

I will try to submit all necessary components to replace the current implementation of the shelfbrowser with a JS component called LMSCoverFlow (github.com/LMSCloud/LMSCoverFlow).

The component needs 4 new endpoints to function correctly.

1. The first endpoint needs to generate cover images if none is set for a biblio.
