Talk:Notices and Slips Library

I am updating the template for the following reasons:

1. The order items on the template should match what a librarian sees in the create/edit interface on letters.pl
2. lang="modula3" worked OK for the bespoke Koha notice syntax but it doesn't work well for Template Toolkit
3. I'm going to specify in the template that some things are optional - you know, the things are always left out

Then I'm going to organize the existing notices in the library by Koha module.
