The footnote for "HOLD**" isn't clear to me (possibly a non-native language issue ... ?!): Does "** The letter code ... defaults to HOLD, however any notice with the name 'Hold_Filled' may fill this role" mean that a notice ("any notice") with code "XYZ" and name "Hold_Filled" fills the role of an available hold? What happens if more than one notice is called "Hold_Filled"? And how does Koha decide if 'HOLD' is used or 'XYZ'?
