Multiple currencies for same vendor

Currently a vendor currency is specified at a vendor level. This is not suitable in scenarios where a vendor can sell books in multiple currencies.

We propose to remove the currency field in vendor creation/edit screens and instead provide it in in the order screen. For each title on order, a currency can be selected. Totals and other fields can be calculated based on the exchange rates for that currency.
