This is just a rough timeline.
- March - get volunteers together, organise venue
- April - call for papers, start getting sponsors
- May - continue call for papers and sponsorship
- 15 June - Deadline for Papers
- 15 - 30 June - Confirm programme, advise and confirm speakers
- 1 July - Publish programme, start pushing registration
- August
- September
- October 24 - Conference Starts
- October 28 - Bus trip to Levin
- October 29 - Dev unconference Starts

Agenda and action points
1. Sponsorship update
- We have pledges to cover the venue hire
- Action point: Russel/Andy -update sponsors on website, create a dedicated sponsors page.
- Action point: Russel -to follow up other sponsorship requests
2. Bus Trip
- Confirmed for the Thursday
- Cost will be NZ$70 per head. Covers bus and dinner.
- Action point: Russel/Andy - create a page on the website for this
- Action point: At next IRC meeting - how are we going to handle payment? Use existing donate link?
3. Programme update
- Programme is looking good - about 2/3 full currently.
- Call for deadline 15 June
- Action point: Nicole to send update in Koha Newsletter
- Action point: Chris(?) to send those who have registered to talk an acknowledgment email.
