  • Proposal to try rocket.chat as an alternative/compliment of IRC
  • Lets schedule a bug squashing day to help triage and fix bugs in the 'majors' queue
  • Are we happy with the existing release process and cycle
    • Are we overstretched (concerns after last team selection struggles)
    • Are we reactive enough?
    • Can we continue to maintain quality whilst supporting so many versions?
    • Is code getting to end users quick enough?
