    1. Developers need publish their modifications only (not the whole application source code with all unusual libraries) and link back to our public community source code repository.
    2. The running application need not check if the source code is currently on-line (so long as it is usually and can be requested).

      • What about it? Implement the tactics of http://textcaptcha.com/really and make sure we recruit enough moderators and make moderation easy enough (common failures of other wikis).
      • Save people's time by moderating the registration process is another option (kfischer)
    • Is it time to review what features we have disabled by default? When enabling a feature has no implications without custom configuration (for example, ExtendedPatronAttributes), it doesn't really make sense to make librarians jump through an extra hoop to use the feature. (jcamins)
