Description:	This development introduces two new features in the process of cataloging: The possibility of introducing a local help, in the process of cataloging, for describing the manual of procedure for each field. This description is inserted through the section where each field MARC21 is defined irrespective of the material or framework. Allows the automatic introduction of ISBD punctuation in respective fields, which will help the cataloger in the process of data entry.
