Video conference meeting using Jitsi at https://meet.jit.si/KohaDevelopmentMeeting

  • To decide: whether to record or stream meeting to YouTube

    • everyone should sign for 23.11 roles

    • cait will document on the wiki how to set perltidyrc on Geany - completed (see Perltidy)
