PTFS Harley Integration

On 10 May 2010 PTFS released a set of Koha bugfixes and enhancements under the name "Harley". As 3.2 is in feature freeze, most of the enhancements will need to be integrated into 3.4, although some of the bugfixes may make it in for 3.2. This page can be used to track the progress of the integration.
